Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. I got my usual 3 sauce chicken fajita burrito and enjoyed it but it didn't have as much sauce as when I used to come a lot and it is definitely better with more sauce. My my husband was disappointed in his chimichanga meal, he didnt even finish it). So its tough to say about the food. The waitress was nice, tortilla chips were good. It was loud in there and she misunderstood something I asked for but was polite and quickly changed it for the correct drink. We also got guacamole which says it is made in front of you but it wasn't. I didn't care if it was it not so I didn't ask but be aware of that if you do hope to watch it be made. All in all it was a decent experience.

The handmade tortillas make the fajitas fantastic. Service is usually pretty good. But those fajitas, it's all about the fajitas. Yum.

I've been here twice this week and I have to say, I'm not impressed. The food is mediocre and bland, the prices are high for what you get, and the service is subpar. I've been to Mexican restaurants all over this country and this is just a crappy Americanized chain.

Confession time: I love On the Border. I make it a mission of mine to go to an On the Border in every state that I travel to for work. And I can honestly say, that this On the Border right here, is the BEST I have eaten at, out of 6 states and sometimes, multiple locations in each state. Great personable staff, delicious food, and quick service. Remembering eating here makes me miss Massachusetts. Just amazing.
