The quality at Firehouse Subs is amazing! I go out of my way to get the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sub all the time, it's covered in BBQ and mayo and is easily one of my favorite lunchtime treats! Highly recommend this place to anyone, the service is good and the restaurant is very nice, always clean and multiple TVs to watch while you eat. Check it out!

Don’t bother. I waited 40 minutes for a small sub. The whole time I waited, all I could hear was the manager yelling at a poor kid because he worked an hour past his shift, all the while yelling at customers in intervals because they were so slammed. When I got the sub it only had meat on it with no veggies and no sauce or anything like what the board showed an Italian sub to be even though I asked for everything. They could have told me when I ordered that the wait would be so long. Also, the small sub is pretty much bite size. It cost $9 bux with a medium drink and was half the size of a Subway 6”; that also would have been some nice information when ordering. I wanted to just throw it at them and leave.

Good food, fair prices, fast service. Note: they do not serve coffee. The firehouse theme is fun and whimsical.

I used to like this place. It's gone WAY downhill, though. Staff is mostly young people who really don't care. No smiles (yes, that does matter) and very robotic. Food is acceptable if I'm in a rush and there's no other option.
