Great service keeps us coming back! The food is made my way and beyond amazing with ghost pepper sauce. They even made me a bar drink off menu. I love it! Bottomless baskets of fries (and salad) keeps the troops happy. We won't order chocolate milk here again (skim with barely a hint of chocolate). My boys would rather go to the 99's for burgers because their chocolate milk is good.

I like Red Robin. This is by far the worst of all locations I have been. The service is beyond slow. The food is always served luke warm. My drink is never refilled. Dinner takes over 30 minutes to receive. My 4yr waited over 25 minutes for a milk shake. They said I could cancel the milkshake order. How nice! I would have except it was for my daughter. The server said they had a take out order for 38 burgers. Who fills take out before the people they are serving in the actual restaurant. They are ALWAYS under staffed!! I swear 3 people work there. They have open tables but you still have to wait because there is no one to ever clean them. I would rather drive to NH location 35+ minutes away from me because service is faster, nicer and food is serviced actually hot!!

It's easy to tell when a place cares, and this place really does. Very clean food and did not seem rushed. Great service. That burger in the picture is in my top 5 bites of all time with how perfect that egg was. God damn red robins.

The burgers were great and there bottomless supply of french fries and sweet potato fries is outstanding! Jenn was a super responsive and friendly server. Just one thing to fix - the wait for the beer was too long. We were told that was because only one bartender pours all the drinks including non-alcoholic ones so that creates a bottleneck with their service. They need to distribute that responsibility to more than one person so everyone gets their beverages faster.

Had a veggie burger and enjoyed it a lot. The unlimited fry option wasn't working as our waiter took forever to bring a second order. We also ordered a kids meal that came out after everyone was finished and my friend didn't get his drink till after the food came out. Very poor service but food was good and family friendly.
