Story

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

It was the busiest we've ever seen it tonight. Service was slower than typical. We usually have plenty of breathing room between us and other customers. Tonight it seemed every table was full. Don't know why it was this busy. Service was friendly and food was good.

Last minute dinner decision and I am glad that we made it. Other than some strange looks and stares from some of the service staff - we don't know if we walked in too late or what - our experience was very pleasant. I am always in the search for jalapeno margarita and OTB does them right! The chips were fresh and not too salty. The fajita salad could have used some green peppers - and I felt that it was odd that the server kept asking if I wanted "all of the onions" on my salad... but the Monterrey ranch fajitas were good as well. Good job OTB, but please ask your service staff to not stare so much. Weird.

Personally, my wife and I have had a great experience after coming to this location multiple times. For a chain restaurant the food is excellent. My one and only complaint is that the staff is constantly changing and this, I believe, is the reason that our food takes a little longer to get to us. If the wait staff is constantly changing then I could assume the cook staff is in the same boat. Our waitress the last time we came was great just as the time before that but our food always seems to take a while longer, then I would expect from a 'Mexican' restaurant.

I just Called to make a reservation. The young lady was very rude in letting me she can’t do that, so I asked why not....”because we don’t do that, bye have a good one.” Then hang up the phone. I guess my business is not welcomed here, that’s fine, I will just take it somewhere else

We had a party of 6 and when they brought out the food, they only brought 5 and told us they forgot to put the 6th order in. As the rest of the party finished eating they brought out the 6th meal and the order was wrong! They offered no discount at all for the mistakes. To top it off, we could never find the server when we needed him.
