My daughter and I went to the olive garden in bowie  towne center and when we walked in we were told our wait would be 20-25 minutes. That was fine. After waiting 45 minutes  I noticed that people who came in after us were being seated. I went to the hostess and asked when we were going to be seated. She said there is 1 party ahead of me. So after standing there watching 8 parties be seated before me I walk over and asked again, this time thankfully a manager was standing there and told them to seat us. So I made sure I let him know there was a family with a small baby that had been waiting even longer than us and he seated them right away also. On a good note our waiter Eli was excellent. He kept coming over to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything. Sorry to say we won't be coming back to this olive garden.

Me and my wife pulled into the parking lot there's about 10 cars we thought good not that busy and won't take long to get a seat ... wrong.... we were informed it would be a 15-minute wait we looked at each other like whatever so they asked us if we wanted to sit at the bar we decline the offer 10 or 15 minutes later they come up and say we have a table but no booths... we said that would be fine on our way to our table I counted 38 cleaned empty tables. Why they didnt give us a booth or table I have no idea ...I guess they figured we'd sit at the bar and wouldn't dirty a table up it was only like 8:30 at night we won't be back

Best experience I've had to date! Thankfully the lunch rush hadn't begun yet but we were seated quickly and our waitress Myah was PHENOMENAL! If you decide to try this particular location, look out for her and please tip her well!

It was worth the wait for me. We had two waitresses that checked on us and were so nice. The food was good, even though my rigatoni was cold, and my daughter's pasta was extremely hot.

Ordered carry out last night. Put the order in online at 5 to be picked up at 6:10. Waited in line and paid the check. After waiting around 45 minutes and my order still not ready I waited in line again and asked for my money back. Waited for the manager who did refund my money. He didn't apologize or ask why (I just assume he knew I was tired of waiting). Took my cash and got carry out someplace else. Wasted an hour of my Saturday night there. Never going back.
