This is a first rate establishment. When I realized I needed these services I was so embarrassed and felt like there was something wrong with me in that I wasn't taking care of myself. This could not have been further from the truth. I searched for lice removal and found Once in a Licetime on Google and on Yelp they had really good reviews. I called to make an appointment and I was treated with the utmost respect every step of the way. Once in a Licetime got rid of all of my head lice and my experience there was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I would surely recommend Once in a Licetime to anyone needing to get rid of, or just wanting to prevent head lice!!

My family had a great experience here at the Palos Verdes Peninsula location. Shannon and her team at Once in a Licetime were awesome. They have created a warm relaxing stress free environment for children and adults to handle an embarrassing and stressful situation with integrity, style, and kindness. The studio is clean with bright colors, and the kids have fun here with free treats and a vast movie library to keep them occupied while they are treated with natural products and combed through carefully in a very gentle manner. No chemicals or pesticides are used here. Shannon even takes the time to show parents or caretakers what to look for going forward to keep this from reoccurring. Once in a Licetime has a great product line, and the staff will take the time to show you how the product line can help your family stay louse free. I highly recommend their services and believe that all parents, teachers, pediatricians and camp counselor's should know about them.
