Staff in the front office is always warm and friendly . Been coming here for years.

Front office staff is rude and no customer service skills.   Wait time the last 6 months is riduculous worse than emergency room.  Dr. Saggetti talks forever and ever with patients about non related sickness matter.  Staff or office manager are afraid to tell him to speed it up and take care of patients.  Was there for 2.5 hours and there was only 2 people in front of me.

I love the doctor's but they need to hire more friendlier receptionist. Also usually takes 20 to 30 minutes to get someone to answer our phone calls.

Always super friends staff whom have taking their time to listen and help me. Wait time was at a minimum.

I was seen quickly by the doctor who provided immediate tests. While there, the doctor was very informative and calm with another patient who was understandably anxious.  I would recommend the clinic based on the entire team's demeanor and approach.
