I walked past 3 employees - not one word of greeting. Brought my purchases to the counter and the lady says "oh - this is a Christmas outfit, it's not supposed to be out yet".  She just stood there and looked at it. Then she said "Well, I guess I'll let you buy it since it was out". Gee thanks for allowing me to buy your merchandise. I asked for a gift receipt, they don't have them. Their return policy is 7 DAYS.  My granddaughter won't even get it until then (it's going in the mail)

Absolute WORST customer service! Can not believe how rude the staff is. Will never go back here again. Not to mention the place is a disaster you can hardly even walk through the place!

Lots of items, good prices-- look for sales as that's why it's really worth it to buy. But VERY overcrowded with items. They need a bigger space, or to limit the items they take in. There is often barely space to walk, and if there are a few people in the store, I tend to give up even looking at things as the space is so cramped.

Went there today (8-11-17) and took very well cared for pants and clothes from old navy (which were in better condition than the garbage they had hanging up). It's August and they didn't take any of the pants which were in perfectly GREAT condition. They didn't take the 4T OLD NAVY PJ's for little boys which is shocking because they dont have any LITTLE BOY PJ's hanging up.

Your selection of clothes is pathetic, faded, and complete garbage. You would think when someone brings in high quality gently used clothes you would take them. 

I'm done coming here. Your store is ill managed and dirty. At least yall finally cleaned up that horrible toy section. Your prices for clothes are too high. I never buy from you guys because I'm better off spending a couple more dollars on something brand new. 

I advice anyone reading these comments to only sell to them and never buy from them. I wouldnt even buy a stroller from these people. It's better to buy brand new because they are ripping you off anyways.

CLEAN YOUR STORES!!! The Fridley location too..

They had a pretty good selection but the service wasn't friendly at all. Probably would never go back because of the service.
