I took my sons clothes here and they totally separated complete outfits.  Took the tops not the bottoms. Most clothes I looked through were badly stained. I'll never swap clothes here again.  Very unhappy customer here. Called to ask why they did that manager sounded so unprofessional and she said there was something wrong with the bottoms but my son never wore the outfits they took the tops to.  Very unprofessional workers and business.  Seems like they are there to have fun instead of work   Never will I return to this store kid to kid is 100% better than this place will never recommend this place to anyone save your time and gas... Most clothes hanging up are full of pet hair and stains and over priced . Will be contacting  corporate  with this complaint also.

I really like this place when it comes to buy clothes for my baby girl. They have great deals and cute clothes. I would have liked selling her clothes but they had too many of the size I was getting rid of in their store and returned the clothes back to me. Which is okay I understand but what upset me was they made me wait 3 hours for them just to tell me they couldn't except it. They saw my daughter they even asked how old, I feel like they could've warned me ahead of time that way I could've found another place but by then it was already 7 pm. It was just a waist of my time especially when I have a 2 months old who hates being in her carseat.

I drove 30 minutes to sell my kids clothes that no longer fit. All in very good condition,  a pair of dress shoes that were worn once and 2 pairs of brand new shoes still in their boxes. I waited over an hour just to be told that they were only going to take the 3 pairs of shoes and a jacket. They only offered me $7 in store credit. I spent more than that in gas to get there, I was not very happy. I used to sell all my items there and got very fair compensation. Not going there again.

Nope I don't recommend this place for anyone they don't price is super expensive and most of the clothes and stuff are more then used . Won't come here never again

I absolutely adore this store! They buy/sell gently used items. What they sell is usually in almost great condition. They constantly have new items and its easy to go broke! Better than a thrift store.
