I LOVE JCPenney!! I've shopped here for years! I have Always found the BEST deals ever! There is no way you cant leave here feeling like you took advantage of this place.

The sales lady was the rudest person i encountered all month, just wanted to exchange some nike sweats for bigger size, they were a gift i have no recipt, the sales lady said all she could do is give me a doller for each pair of 45$ sweats. Smirking the whole time. Shattering my hopes of exchangeing my sweats, and makeing me sad, put a huge simile on her face. She is a truely pitiful soul.

JCPenney had a chance to be a life saver and go above and beyond.. But no they didn't care or even try to help.. They told me to go to the JCPenney store on 144th and I-25 tomorrow.. I tried telling them that was not going to help me out at all.. My girlfriend got her make up bag stolen earlier tonight and needed cover up for work tomorrow morning..  I just asked to get a sample some Sephora cover up but they had Sephora blocked off with this white curtain Four Construction but something please said that Sephora had there items in there but they just could not go in there... that's a little ridiculous horrible customer service never going back to that JCPenney's ever they should have been torn down like the rest of the Westminster Mall...
