While the customer support was friendly, some of the actual customers were kinda rude and inconsiderate. The white customers were actually more polite than Mexicans. I didn't go into "Ross, Dress for Less" probably for last 5-6 yrs. What a change in the atmosphere. Really disappointed. Also most of merchandise on shelves was wiped out, The shoe sizes were misplaced. Looked like the staff don't know the difference between 9 and 6 Will not come there again. The quality and the selection of clothing was mediocre, worse than Walmart.

Good clothes, great prices and convenient. Half my wardrobe is from Ross. I used to work for the corporation years ago. I met my now ex wife and we have two awesome kids.

This is one of the lower end stores. The clothing selection is mediocre, it's always hit or miss. They do have good shoe selections but the prices are a bit high

Pretty messy, and the lines take a while. There are always crying babies no matter what time you go. The deals are pretty good, but to me, it's not worth the hassle to listen to babies screaming, waiting in line, and trying to find your size.

Ok, but lacking in quality. Many 
of Ross Items are priced higher than better stores who have a much higher quality of clothing.
at lower prices than Ross!
