THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY, AND WE PAY YOU ON-THE-SPOT FOR THE ITEMS WE CAN ACCEPT. THERE IS A 2 TOTE/BOX LIMIT FOR CLOTHING AND UNLIMITED FOR SHOES, TOYS, EQUIPMENT...ETC. CLOTHING SHOULD BE FRESHLY LAUNDERED AND LAID FLAT OR NEATLY FOLDED, WITH SETS TOGETHER. PLEASE NO SAFETY PINS OR HANGERS. TOYS SHOULD BE CLEAN WITH ALL PIECES TOGETHER.

I've been in numerous times, can't ever really find anything I'm needing. The stuff I bring in to sell is a lot nicer then the stuff I see on the racks. I've always brought in nice name brand clothes that were hardly worn. I've always washed them folded them neatly and kept them together as they were purchased. They've been rude each time when explaining why they won't purchase certain items. After hardly purchasing anything, like I brought in horrible items to sell to them. They want you to keep sets together but they won't purchase sets together which makes it hard to get rid of after they break it up. This time I brought in a lot of infant/toddler toys (In the month of November) after getting it's almost Christmas time we're needing toys email. I spent hours washing, cleaning and sanitizing the toys. They told me they were purchasing everything in the tote that was put in the counter in front of me (which was like 5 toys total out of the 3 trips I made bringing them in) for the amount they offered so I signed off on it and took the money. Then I went to load everything and she only handed me two boxes back. I asked where the rest of it was she told me that they purchased it. I said so for the all of it you're only offering me this amount ? She looked at me and said umm yeah with an attitude, like I was an idiot. It was a total rip off! There for I won't be wasting my time here looking for items I need or trying to sell nice items for people that need them anymore. Customer service isn't being rude and hateful to your customers and ripping them off after the whole awful encounter they just experienced.

Fabulous place to purchase kids clothes. All clothes are in good condition and prices are very reasonable. Great variety and value.

Love shopping here! This is the only place we shop for our kids unless we just see a single outfit somewhere that we think one of our kids have to have. Can't beat the price, you easily get 3+ outfits in like new condition for the price of one new piece of clothing at a retail store. I would recommend everyone try this store out.

Don't pay much for your stuff, but it is an affordable way to update your children's wardrobe. To be specific, today I pretty much traded a barely used pack n play, two boxes of toys, two bags of mega blocks, and a basket of clothes for just under fifty dollars worth of clothes that my son desperately needed.

I have brought clothes into this place before and this most recent time yesterday. I had brought a half bag of barely used clothes boys sizes 5/6 to 7 size pants and they didn't take nearly all of it except maybe 3 items which I only got almost 3 bucks. I was pissed because I live in Choctaw and just spent 100 dollars for clothes for my son to switch out and that's how my service was treated. I for sure am going to go to the north side location because maybe I will get better service.
