Decent selection, but don't expect any kind of customer service at this location. On my most recent visit I had to grab something for my son on our way to school. Since they don't open until 9:30 we had to wait outside for a few minutes before they would unlock the door. They didn't seem to care at all and even waited past 9:30 to allow us in. I nicely let the staff know I was in a hurry, taking fault for being late. It took me a few minutes to find what I needed and when I went to the counter again no one was in a hurry to help. I had to ask to be checked out. There were 3 staff hanging clothes behind the counter. If this were my business I would encourage staff to make paying customers a higher priority.

Most people have a hard time understanding how these businesses work. They give you around 1/3 the price of its value. First if all, the items that people are giving are USED nobody would buy a used item at the same price as a new. So they will give you 1/3 it's worth and then sell the item for about 2/3 or possibly a little less. It's a business, not customer service return center where you get 100 percent of your money back. 

I've had one nice time here and one not so nice time. That's life. Not everyone is going to like everyone. 

I understand how these places work and to be honest, you'll get more here than if you sell it out of your house. Go on letgo app if you want to overcharge people for your used items. It's not like they are forcing you to hand them over the items. It's being smart, you think you can get more than here than go somewhere else, but don't be pissed at the workers who have no control over how much they can give you for an item.

This place has a great variety of clothing, toys and baby accessories. The store is well organized and easy to navigate. The staff members are kind and have a good sense of the store and what is needed. I think it's great that they are staffed to evaluate your trade ins within a half hour. I was surprised to find they didn't accept certain brands like Nike though.
