I've been using these folks for so many years that I can't remember when it started. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere (except for the one time I panicked and got mixed up). They show up fast. They solve the problem and give wise advice. They make extra keys. They are courteous and friendly. What more can I say? You'd be crazy to use anyone else. I see that some folks report a less than wonderful experience with Jerry and the others at this shop. They are definitely home grown, but one is among the best-read people I know and all have always been friendly and courteous with me. They've also been prompt, extracting me from some pretty stupid situations (Yes, I locked all keys inside and didn't give a copy to a neighbor....). I have to wonder about the people who report a bad experience; maybe they helped to cause it.

The management company for a condo complex referred me here to get extra keys for a property I own. I have to agree with other reviewers who comment on the rudeness and combativeness of the staff. I walked in and a man named "Jerry" gave me a hostile reception the moment I walked in, and refused to make a key for me because he said he "didn't know me personally," despite calling the management office that contracted with them and Jerry personally speaking with the office manager. After speaking with the company manager, he said even a request in writing wouldnt be sufficient and that she would jave to send someone in lerso . He doesn't trust 20th century technology commonly accepted by the modern American legal system (email or fax) for verification only face to face verification of ownership by people he personally knows. If there is any alternative to this place, be wise and avoid it all costs.

While the job was done promptly - $85 was absurd for 15 minutes to make on site tumbler  repairs. Average of $340 per hour - could at least use Vaseline !!! This local will NEVER recommend or use again.
