This the first time I’ve ever reviewed a place on-line, but I had to, given what I just walked out of. Walked into this place because the copy shop a few doors down was closed. Told them I needed to print out three pages from my flash drive, sign the document, and scan it back to my flash drive. Gentleman said, “sure we can do that.” When he brought the three pages over for me to sign, he said, “$20”. Can you believe that? For maybe 2 min of “work” and three pages of paper. They’re probably ripping people off for repairs as well. STAY AWAY.

Great pc supplies. However, I bought a 500gig SATA drive for $40 from them a few months ago. it sat safely in the closet till I recently needed it. ....and I suddenly needed it desperately BUT when I tried to install Windows on it, I got the message that the drive was going to fail and I should backup before this ocurrs. So, I guess they sold me a worthless refurbished drive at the price of a new one. I called to ask what they'd do for me and the lady said there's nothing she can do for me. By-bye $40. Thank you for you kind customer interaction.

negative reviews of this place are lying. they have lots of standard parts neatly on the shelves. there's stuff all over their working area, which is normal. The appearance of their store means they definitely mean business.

Be aware about the service. I went to backup my hard drive and the didn't do a good job. Finally I bought a cable and did by myself. Not recommended to my friends

They were very helpful cleaning up my Mom's computer and I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. We got it home and still had issues and they kept working with us for NO EXTRA COST!  The problem (or at least one of them) ended up being a bad monitor. They were polite, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend their services.
