The front desk person had bad attitude and didn't answer any questions that I ask her. She ignored me as I was explaining my situation. I would not recommend any minorities to that place to apply for a loan.

My mother unknown to me took out a loan with these sharks. when I found out I paid it off immediately. I recently had moved my mother down to Georgia with me and she three times notified them of this so they could switch the lien to the Gerogia DMV. They did not. After the loan was paid in full they still sent it to the Ohio DMV. When my mother called they were less than helpful. As of today I put them on notice to rectify this immediately or I will be filing suit against them next week. Their error which they refuse to fix has caused her to have her license suspended since they do not have the title and cannot process her new license.
