From the beginning, when i arrive there i saw rigth away discrimination, I went there for a reason because i needed the help... they didn't try just discriminate me for my spanic aspect. The person who attended was Marlene or something like that, but she tried me like garbage, she no even try to process my paperwork and all my documents there i brought then she not even try to process and enter my paperwork and if I qualify. I strongly do not recommend this place for anyone. This place is the worse customer service I ever had.

Interest rate is a bit high but the service is very decent. I needed money, they loaned it and the process was fast. I've been paying back for a year now and the customer service is actually very good.

I took out a loan with One Main Financial and I pretty much regret doing it. I have to say dont work with the Lynwood office and especially with Tyler "Mgr" very unprofessional and just shady business in general in that office. They wouldn't work with removing a late fee when I was paying the balance in full after being with them for eight months and never late. They pretty much take your money 💰 But they won't work with you in getting some of your money back, especially when I was asking for a simple late fee return!. Oh well!

Great courteous customer service. Simone Berry has the very utmost curteous and patient attitude explaining every little bit of detail of the financial agreement. Definitely referring family and friends to them....
