first thing I want to be honest, and say that I don't like all the locations of Bank of America because they have slower customer services, but this location changed my opinion. They made my day when they gave me earlier appointment specially I am an international student Who has full schedule. Other thing I want to say thank you Blanca because you are the most helpful person I met ever. I wish all the best for everyone in this location.

Location is kinda AHHHH! Hard to get to and part of me feels like someone is going to try to steal my car. that is the unfortunate-ness of being so close to a WalMart.  The staff, however, makes up for it. They are friendly and considerate. I had a very tricky situation arise last year and they took the time to walk me through options and put my mind at ease. I really appreciated the care.

I love all of the staff here! Plus there is a convenient drive through, drive through atm, and indoor atm.

Terrible service today. Bianca pulled me out of line to make me fill out a deposit slip. In  the time it took to fill out the paperwork, 6 people came in. She told me I had to go to the back of the line. Then Bianca pulled another woman from the middle of the line to do the same thing.  However, she allowed the customer to step right back in her original spot. After waiting for the 6 people ahead of me to do business, the teller, Melissa, pulled me to the counter to deposit my check. She proceeded to take my check over to the computer by the drive through. Melissa helped a customer at the drive through while holding on to my check. She helped the customer start to finish while I waited... worst service I have ever had at Bank of America.
