They promised me to open a checking account with $300 promotion after I met $4000 direct deposit. It was never happen. I did not receive a penny from them. The banker and manager kept lying to me for 2 months period. I finally close my account and bye bye for life. Try stay away from this place if you can and try to stay away Bank of America.

The Bank of America in Mill Creek has employees that are not trained properly in banking proccesses. Also they are a little rude too. One star is being generous. They think a cashiers check is the same as a personal check? Really!

 I have to say this establishment has really changed over the years. I have been a customer locally for as long as BAC has been at this location and a good customer at BAC since 1979.
 I have been in the bank personally several times as of late and have been completely ignored.
 When I did get someone's attention, I was told to try to do my" important business" either online or over the phone with customer service.
If I had already done so with success I would not have to be in the bank.
 I was once told that I would talk to a representative in" a few minutes". The man sitting next to me told me that he had been told the same.      Unfortunately, he was before me and was still waiting on the client in front of him. Had I known that, I would have gone home, which I did anyway.
 Honesty is the best policy and in my opinion my money is just as good as
