The chef / owner will be cooking almost everything from scratch.
The chef/owner is a CIA graduate who has worked in NYC, Washington DC, Barcelona and the Caribbean. We will be making almost everything from scratch. Our beef, pork, chicken and eggs come from farms who do not use any growth hormones or antibiotics and are fed vegetarian diets. Our dairy products like milk, butter and yogurt, come from cows not treated with r-BST which is an artificial growth hormone. We will offer delivery from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 2pm. We are very excited and look forward to meeting you.
