Dr. Joseph is amazing dentist. Highly recommend this practice. Real professional y welcoming. He takes time to answer any patients concerns and the entire staff is absolutely fabulous as well.

My wife called them and made an appointment for 05:40 PM. They did not send any confirmation or made a call as is usually done by medical offices on the eve of the appointment.We didn't either, thinking that they must be too busy or just forgot.
She took a half day from work which was very inconvenient and called them before leaving office. They claimed that her appointment was set for 05:00 PM instead of  05:40 PM, and wouldn't even listen when she told them that there is no way she made a mistake as the timing was very important to her. 
I called them to get an explanation later that day. They transferred me to someone named Jill who apparently has extensive experience intimidating disgruntled customers.
No apologies or attempts to rectify their mistake, very smug and disrespectful. She told us we need to respect our providers. Thanks Jill, great advice.

Got me in quickly for an emergency, was able to fix it in between his other patients & at a very reasonable price. The Dr. was kind and gentle and fast & the woman at front desk is helpful and nice. I will be making appointments for my family here.

As a new patient I felt very comfortable and was well taken care of. In and out pretty quick. Nice office and staff.
