I have had the worst experience with regards to billing. I saw the Dr last November and used my credit card for the copay at the office. Its been 13 months and I am still getting the same bill via mail. I've called the billing department multiple times, faxed over proof of payment, they have confirmed receipt of proof, still not cleared my account. Today I get a bill from collections. I am so frustrated.

the doctors are very nice; the staff is very nice; the office has easy parking and access BUT the wait times are intolerable. I really wish they could resolve the problem as I like this group! The first time I went, I waited 2 hours. I thought it was an anomaly. A few subsequent visits were in the 30 hour-40 minute range. Yesterday, my appointment was at 3:40 and I finally left the office at 6 pm! And that was to see the nurse practitioner, not my dr. Apparently, they may be required to schedule appts 15 mins apart so, as the day goes on, they become further and further behind. Unless you have all the time in the world and bring something productive to do with your time and (a sweater because the office was a bit chilly), you may wish to consider another provider.

I've used this medical group for over 15 years and have always had the best care!

Worst medical care ever. I was unable to get the med that works for me for a UTI. They kept prescribing mess that do not work for me. They did not listen leaving me in agony for days! I finally had to wait for two hours at an urgent care to get the help I needed. Don't go here!
