Rescheduled an appointment due to a family emergency and missed one. But I tried to call that morning to double check my appointment time (no one answered)  and I missed it. I live like 5 minutes away from this place. Then I was told that the manager said they are not going to schedule me ever again... wow. Disappointing. Best believe I won’t try to go there again.

Great dental office! Dr Sargent is the best dentist i have ever seen and the entire staff is so nice, patient and helpful. I first went to this office for convienence I keep going back because of quality.

Woke up with horrible tooth pain! They were able to get me in same day. They all were extremely friendly and helpful. Troy L. Sargent DMD was amazing, he gave all sorts of options since i had no insurance. They are very reasonably priced also. I could not thank them enough! Highly recommend

Every time I got my teeth cleaned here it hurt and my mouth would be sore for several days.  I've never experienced that before in my life. Only had 2 cavities before coming here and every visit they said I had 1 or 2 cavities. My last straw was when I had to get a cavity filled and waited 1 1/2 hours for my appointment because the dentist had to do his son or son in law's teeth. Never called me to reschedule and I wasn't told about this until after waiting an hour. This was the last straw that made me leave. I am now recommending friends to go elsewhere and stay clear from this place. Apex dental in Murray will have my business now. I've been cavity free since going to them and my husband didn't need a deep cleaning like they said he did.
