Very dishonest place. Come across very friendly then don't do what they say. Did not use the correct biling codes so insurance wouldn't pay. Overcharged me for a procedure and charged me an extremely lot of money for a routine cleaning. Very poor business practices. I've never been to a medical provider that won't that payments.

The office staff are very friendly and knows you by name after the first visit. Doctor Blanco is very knowledgeable about his practice and goes over with you in detail about any procedure that needs to be done before proceeding with the dental work. If you want GOOD QUALITY work done on your teeth, I highly recommend Dr. Blanco and his staff.

Dishonest with my experience as well. Always wanting to use CPT codes that are not generally covered by insurances, quoted me an amount which I paid and still owed an additional 700 which was unexpected, and I had to reschedule an appointment that was the same day they charged my 35 dollars when they said they would waive it as it was my first time doing that.

I have visited Redwood Dental on numerous occasions, and my experience with Dr. Blanco and his staff has always been a positive experience. I've had implants placed, and laser surgery, and Dr. Blanco made these procedures comfortable. I'm definitely happy with the results! Dr. Blanco is very knowledgeable and takes his time to help understand the procedure, and is very courteous and professional. The support staff members are always friendly and greet you with big smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Redwood Dental!
