They were very rough, slamming my head on the chair. The doctor shoved a needle into my mouth and when I lifted my knee because of the pain he slammed my leg down very forcefully. Worst experience ever.

What an amazing experience.  The Doc and staff were so professional. After a weekend of pain within minutes the problem was found and taken care of.  Makes going to a specialist a very special experience.

First of all, whoever I spoke to on the phone made it sound like it was a huge burden that I called for a follow up. She was very rude and short when I couldn't hear what she was saying. 

Anyway, a week after having my wisdom teeth extracted, I came back to check in because I was in serious pain. I sat in the office for a half hour, crying in pain, before I got in. The nurse asked why I was crying. As if i needed to explain myself. They then gave me a syringe to rinse the hole where my tooth was. Immediately I felt relief, but I was confused as to why I was not given this syringe in the first place? Almost everyone I talked to said they used a syringe when they had their teeth removed. It would have prevented so much pain and complications. Neither the nurse nor the doctor asked if I needed more pain medication. The receptionist asked and I said yes but then I had to wait longer for her to get the doctor back. Overall not happy with the care I received here.

My appointment was at 9:30 , a guy at 10:15 was served before me .. it's been over an hour and I'm still waiting receptionists are really rude!
Update: they told me I was there for wisdom teeth removal I waited an hour and a half for a five minute X-ray and Consultation for them to tell me they'll call in 2 weeks for an appointment. I missed school and work.

The  best in and out 23 minutes . Pulled my tooth while i was awake and the tooth was cracked no drills   nothing 123 done thanks
