I came here last minute when the root canal specialist told me my wisdom tooth was badly infected and should be removed immediately. I set up the appointment by phone while I was walking over. The oral surgeon gave me the option to reschedule and be put under, but I choose to do it right away while awake. I could not believe it was done so fast! He just reached a tool into my mouth and I thought he was going to poke around and decide what to do next, but instead he just took the tool right back out of my mouth and quietly whispered, "all done!" I thought I had misheard him! I never felt a jolt or any pain at all, and the whole thing took less than 5 seconds! I still wasn't completely sure he had really removed my tooth until several hours later when the anesthetic wore off and I could feel the hole with my tongue! And I never felt ANY pain! I still have the FULL bottle of pain killers that I was prescribed, but I never bothered taking it, and now two weeks later, it's had no trouble at all. I'm going to be taking my wife here for her wisdom teeth now! The doctor was very professional and made me feel that he really knew what he was doing and that I could trust him. The staff also seemed very competent and efficient. The only negative thing I can say is that the assistant sort of rushed/mumbled through the instructions at the end, and I had to call back later to clarify the post-surgery care. But compared to how well they did with everything, I would say that this was pretty irrelevant. I would strongly recommend anyone who needs a tooth removed to come here!

Staff is NOT knowledgeable of insurance plans at all! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME DID NOTHING TO HELP ME👎🏾

They were fast and so nice had to come in for a consultation for my wisdom tooth to be extracted. They removed my wisdom tooth that same day . Pain from my wisdom tooth was over and on with my life thanks

I went in to have two impacted wisdom teeth removed and was extremely satisfied with the outcome! Dr. Dieu was the oral surgeon who removed my wisdom teeth and was very kind to me before I was out from the anaesthesia and when I woke up after the procedure was completed. The entire procedure was delayed about an hour, but I didn't really mind since I didn't have plans for the rest of the day anyway. I believe it only took about 30-40 minutes to remove the two and it was painless and quick. I expected a lot of pain in my jaw, but have had NO pain whatsoever since the procedure happened (I am writing this review 3 days later). I definitely recommend this place for wisdom teeth extraction in the city! I only had to take one day off of work, since today is Labor Day and I already had off, but I can say with confidence that I would have been fine going back into work today! Obviously, every experience is different, but I had a successful experience and would recommend Oral Surgery Consultants of Pennsylvania, and especially Dr. Dieu, to anyone asking!

I had three wisdom teeth extracted and one surgically removed. The procedure was quick and comfortable and I was provided wonderful instructions post-surgery. Dr. Bahran and his attendees were wonderful. The only (tiny) complaint I would be able to give is the amount of time it took me to schedule my appointment. I was seen in April and I had to call the office back multiple times because my insurance coverage was never conveyed to me by their office, which is what I was told to wait for. All in all though, wonderful service !
