They can never answer the phone like 90% of the time. They messed up on my child support money they were suppose to credit me 200$ but they ended up charging me that with intresst. Now i have to fix it and i went in person called them to see if its fixed of course no answer on the phone. A bunch of monkeys running that office.

This agency claimed that I owed child support n threatened  to take my taxes one yr ( but the irs wouldn't allow them to because they know my identity ) iam a female born and raised in tx how d hell my social security number whind up in Cali owing child support for kids that's not mines! iam a female how does my social matches a man social!! Some Mexican using my social they dumb asses sitting up there with a fake social I had to mail in my birth certificate to prove I am not no man who owes child support I was 22 yrs old come on the calculations of the kids ages wasn't even right this sound scamful to me it was fixed but It shouldn't of happrned I am victim of id theft but it's commen sense to run my social n know it's a woman with her own kids !!! Who also receives child support bingo!

Had to pay the state to reinstate my drivers licence and they were very happy to take my money and report it to the proper agencies for reinstatement

I would give zero if  I could.  This agency is another example of failure within Californias government.  I have three jobs and they are taking tripple the child support and will not fix it.  All people here are scum bags.

They're very nice and friendly, It was easy for us to get in and out fast, they were quick to do the paperwork that we need.
