The music and workout kept me motivated...it was tough, but doable.  You can modify as you need.  The staff and trainers are AMAZING!

It's dynamic at every level. Not just every fitness level, but as you get better it grows with you, always challenging you to be better, stronger, faster. The workouts themselves are dynamic working on muscles we can see and cardio vascular health, as well as mixing it up every time. I've been an unlimited member for over a year and never have I encountered the same workout twice. Love it

The upbeat music and the instructors! I also like the use of treadmills and rowers in the workout.
