People tend to look at the cost first but I say don't do that! Your body and your progress needs OTF as an added bonus!!! The studio here in coral springs is the best! The staff, coaches and members are all amazing! You are able to see how everyone works at their own goals to achieve a successful outcome! OTF provides the ultimate experience to maximize your athletic ability or increase the rate of transforming your body no matter what size or age! I've been here for 3 years now and I've never felt better anywhere else!

I love the energy of the trainers! I like how the workouts change and how each instructor has their own way of providing alternate methods for exercises. I love how the music differs for every instructor...keeps it really fun! The staff is exceptional at this studio! They make a point to remember your name. I've been an OTF member for over 6 months now and I still love these workouts! Best workout ever with promising results! Love It!!!!!

Orange Theory is an incredibly high energy, motivating, group workout. The atmosphere is friendly and helpful from other members, the coaches are knowledgeable and caring and goal improvement oriented. The science behind the workout is proven, it gets 5 STARS from me.

I was visiting from Massachusetts. I went to this location the two days I was in town and had a fabulous experience both times! Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and accommodating, and went above and beyond figuring out my account/how many passes I had on my account back in Massachusetts and even went as far to call the OTF I go to back home. Both instructors, each day, were terrific. They both took the time to speak to me directly, welcome me as a guest visiting from out of state, and help me with my workout. In general, the care the instructors took with all the athletes in the class, pushed everyone to strive for higher results, while never compromising form in order to avoid injury. I joined OTF just a few months ago, and I think it is fabulous how transferable the program is as someone travels. Thank you!
