This place is an awesome workout! I’ve been a member ever for almost 6 months and I was hooked from the very first free work out. The moment they slip the boxing gloves on you, you will be hooked too.  There is no better way (at least for me) to relieve stress than punching the bags and sweating. The staff is fantastic and they coach you the whole way. Sometimes they even spar with you which is fun. 

This is a very intense workout. I’ve seen even the healthiest gym go’ers challenged to finish their first workout and they all end up signing up. Since it’s a circuit there is maybe a 3 minute wait to get in during busy times. 

I never worked out or liked gym because I found them intimidating until I was told about 9Round. This place now has made me addicted to exercising.  So GO... take advantage of the free workout. Get hooked!

Perfect work-out! Works with EVERY schedule, difficult, but also enjoyable. Great staff and group of people to work out with! Builds strength and teaches endurance!

I love 9 Round! The staff here are super supportive and every workout is different and fun. If I could give more stars I would!

I' love this place to work out. You will be done  after 30 minutes. 
The trainer's are friendly special Javier.he always give me a extra push that I need .
