The workouts and trainners are amazing. I couldnt ask for a better place to work out. Hello ever their customer service is horrible. The representatives behind the counter will tell you what you want to hear a won't abide by what they tell. Charge you when they're not supposed to then your forced to go in there and fix it. This is happen 3 times to me in the last year and that is why I left. To the trainers keep up the good work. To the reps behind the counter take some training on following what you say and customer service skills. The customer may not always be right but at least listen to what you say and do what you say.

I like the circuit/HIIT type of workout and using the heart rate zone as a guide for intensity. Very efficient workout and the hour goes super quick! The staff and trainers at the PSL location are friendly and professional and made me feel welcome and not intimidated even though I was a newby and hadn't done this type of exercise in a long time. I am hooked!

So I recently joined the OT FAM!! I'm 3 classes in & im hooked!! It's like having a personal trainer EVERY workout!! PSL OT has an Awesome group of trainers!! I'm pumped to make OT a way of life!!!

No wasting time here. You move non-stop for an hour and work every muscle in your body. It's efficient and you'll work up a massive sweat! With your first workout free why wouldn't you try it? Staff is super nice!
