It was a normal experience as a tenant. Signed a 8 month lease. I liked the location, and rent was reasonable for the area. To summarize my experience: Landlord / Tenant relationship - 4/5 Move in was simple, but move out was shaky as they didn't give us the move-packet until we requested one. Parking - 3/5. They provide a covered parking spot, but we needed 2 spots. They gave us another paid parking location, but it was beneath a sap pouring tree, which was annoying. Also had to contact towing 3 times because other tenants like to take risks I guess. Neighbors - 4/5. Everyone minds their own business, kids can be noisy though. Close to major freeways - 5/5 Near grocery store and other services- 4/5.

OVER PRICED! STAY AWAY!! UNSAFE! NO SECURITY! CONSTANT BREAK INS UNREGULATED PARKING! AWFUL MANAGEMENT! I currently live here, AWFUL AAWFUL AAAWFUL! the neighbors are constantly smoking weed and when you call the front office they tell you that: they will send someone to come look to see if you have any holes in your walls! SMOKING IN THESE APARTMENTS IS ILLEGAL! SMOKING IN CA! within 25 feet of any building is illegal! there is never any parking. there is no regulation on parking! No regulations on how many people live in one apartment! There is a single apartment housing 3 families! UNSAFE! NO SECURITY! CONSTANT BREAK INS! the staff is extremely unprofessional and very unfriendly!
