Doesn't have locks for bedrooms and its decently old apartments. Yes the place is decent and houses are big.

Overall the place I have been renting is great. It used to have a smoker in it but what can you do. The grounds are kept mostly clean and the noise level around me is not bad. Management is fine but I try to avoid dealing with them whenever possible. The price is decent too. 2015.

Sarah Analla, one of the Leasing Agents at Orchard Park Apartments, has made my moving experience from out of town pretty much stress free! She is wonderful to work with, and has been one of the best property managers I have ever worked with. I am excited to move in soon!

Stayed here while in town for work. The building is older and the appliances and fixtures were outdated. Issues with the heating/cooling system; however, staff and maintenance were responsive and pleasant. Moral of the story, this was a reasonable place to lease for short term corporate housing.

After experiencing slum lords in college towns, I feel I know what constitutes a good land lord from a bad one. Anyone looking into living at Orchard Park, these people are no slum lords. The management is honest and are very polite. Due to my unique situation living at OPark, I could not take out a 12-month lease and instead had to opt for a 6mo lease in which they were accommodating to arrange a price for me. The place was clean and in great shape. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the units are a great convenience. I never really had any problems with my apartment, except a leaky pipe under the sink that was fixed (on a weekend) within hours of my complaint. I recently moved downtown Springfield and sometime miss the quietness of OPark. I never had my car broken into and felt the place was in a safe area. Also, I got all of my security deposit back which was a really deal maker on me writing this positive review, seeing as so many lard lords steal the $. All in all, I would recommend OPark Apartments.
