I have been here almost one year, and have had only positive experiences with the office team and the maintenance team. The issues with my apartment have been corrected the first or second day of my call and the maintenance staff have always made a final check to be sure I was happy with the results. I love my apartment, it is very efficient and has a good floor plan. It is a quiet place to live and I feel very safe here. I have no plans of looking for another place to live, this is my home. I"m serious, anyone looking for a good home, check this out. I find the staff to be very professional and friendly, and they do work with you to help you any way they can! I love my Apartment!

Just dont even move here, this place is garbage. First off, this is a very high crime area, my friends car has been broken into twice, and my roommates car got broken into, they took her stereo, subwoofer, ipod reciepts, just about everything in her car (they got in by breaking the back window) and they tried to steal the car itself as well. I also used “the nextdoor app” when i lived here and someone from the complex would post about a breakin at least once every 2 weeks. You constantly see drug deals happen here as well. Considering all of this, the apartment complex refuses to put up any security cameras and a fair amount of the lights in the parking lot were out the whole year i lived there. We had a water line break in our apartment about 6 months in, we couldnt get a hold of maintenance staff for about an hour, meanwhile our apartment was flooding. Whats even worst is they keep the closet with the water shut off in it is locked so i had to pry into it to shut off the water. If i would have waited an hour for maintenance most of my suff would have been ruined. So after this they had to run fans under our carpet for a week, which made the apartment essentially inhabitable(we had to stack all of our furniture in the corner), so they said we could stay in a 1 bedroom model apartment (i had 2 roommates). Luckily the maintenance guy got us keys to the empty room behind us and they finally just let us finish out our lease there. But we still ended up having to pay the electric bill for 3 industrial air handlers and a dehumidifier running for a week. Someone ended up moving in to our old apartment not too long after, but with the amount of water that flowed into the walls i can guarentee theres mold in there. The office staff is pretty horrible as well, they constantly lose paper work, say they tried calling you, or say you never turned things in that you definitely did. For example, i moved out the last day of july, and its been over 2 months since then, still havent recieved anything regarding my deposite yet. (Which is due within 2 months by law as i understand it) so i call and they said we never put a forwarding address, which im positive we all did. They said they sent it to our old address (the apartment address we had) and if that was true it should have been forwarded because i changed my mailing address through USPS a few days before i moved out of there as did my room mates,still never got anything. So she suggested taking my forwarding address and it would go through corporate, to me this all seems like a way scam money off people hoping they will forget to follow up on it. Im so sick of talking to jessica and olga, its like a brick wall of lies every time, so assuming someone from corporate responds to these, you guys have phone number? Id love to talk to someone with a resonable person. Its just amazing that after all of these reviews over the years you guys have the same office staff and havent changed anything. By the way that recent 5 star review looks pretty fake😂

They are always on top of fixing any issues we have had with our apartment over the last 2 years. The office staff is always super nice to us and super helpful.

Absolutely terrible customer the new large black woman in the office is way beyond rude! Olga will take an opportunity to go through your belongings in your own home. They are unwilling to work or communicate properly with tenants. Never any parking. Constant car thefts and break ins. Walls are paper thin. You hear kids screaming through all hours of the night. Jessica is the only one I've ever had any luck with .

Someone obviously deleted my review which is a violation of Google policy so I will rewrite the post again. 1. This place does not like it when you know landlord tenant laws. 2.Maintenance has said that the front office people are more involved with social media than they are about communicating maintenance issues. 3.Management deleted my previous review so that should say something. 4. Mold in the closet since January 2017 and their solution is, "don't pile the boxes close to the wall" mold issue was not disclosed at signing of the lease. May 2017 more mold was growing on the closet. On that note use the Warrant of Habitability if you do move in and discover mold 5. Neighbors upstairs were allowed to let a 5 year old kid to stomp and jump so hard, my frame fell from the wall and broke. This kid would run through the apartment above us like he was on a trampoline. Reported many times to management. Every day have lived with this nightmare. Previous tenants were evicted for having loud music. Oh and race did play in this decision. 6. Lease states anyone caught living on the property that's not listed on the lease is given a 3 day eviction notice. It was reported to the office and they waited a year to not renew the lease. Again, they don't like it when you know the landlord tenant laws of Colorado. 7. Broken post office box for outgoing letters took several weeks to fix
