I called at 8:15am and didn’t have to hold at all. The woman who helped me was so nice and made sure to tell me everything I needed to know, several times because I kept asking. So helpful and friendly. Sincerely concerned with my ability to get the info I needed.

Horrible business. I do not live in Oregon or near anymore and trying to reach someone is a joke. They have different employees saying different things regarding reinstating a driver's license. HATE OREGON DMV !!

Oregon DMV is bad new and a joke their filed offices but most of all to their main office. They tell people they work with those who have disabilities from war vets to handy cap people But also most of all to thos who have ADHD/ADD,. Also the DMV as well as the HR and GM of the Oregon DMV say they always accommodate for those with disabilities and area always willing to but they really don't like they say they do. They 100% lie to all their customers and to the public as well as even now today. They bully and judge and put down those with disabilities as well as those who are war vets and even those who have ADD/ADHD. I know because I have seen them do it to others and me at their headquarters and at their field offices and they never stop or respect those who have disabilities in every area even when they have gotten reported to the ADA disability act office/ to bully and to the Governors office for being bully's and for being prejudiced to those who have every kind of disability. 

The Oregon DMV and the DMV Headquarters need to stop being bully's  to those who have disabilities and putting them down and stop judging them, as well as stop being prejudiced to them as well as talking down to them. And they need to show those with disabilities better respect as well as their main office, and they truly need to better accommodate those with disabilities as well as with ADD/ADD to help them get their drivers license. TRUTH AND FACT!!!! Also please note: the HR managers at the DMV headquarters thinks it's okay to make threats to their employees husbands or wives when they come pick up their loved ones from the office which is not ok for an HR manager to do. 
So watch your back when going to the DMV headquarters!

I've called over and over again trying to get the original title for my vehicle, which never showed. They have zero communication between departments and the entire process has been a complete disaster. I purchased my vehicle OVER A YEAR AGO. I was told I would have it within days of my last call. Still waiting. This is beyond ridiculous.
