This office needs to be replaced, demolished or closed down. They lie to you about policy and hide behind a statement of "I don't see that in your notes" or "I don't remember saying that". When you speak to a joke of a supervisor, it's "I never heard that conversation". I will be writing the to the state about my interactions with this office. It's criminal and people need to lots their jobs. All other interactions that I'm reading are about the same. This is what you get when you put sociopaths in your state office responsible for tax revenue.

Record every conversation you have with these frauds! They cannot be trusted to tell the truth about anything! The IRS is much easier to deal with, and they will actually give you the honest truth--and back it up with letters detailing what they've said. I still record them anyway, but I've never had to challenge them with a recorded conversation.

I called in to pay a what I owed.  My total call time was only 15 minutes from start to finish.  It was relatively easy to get through the computer prompts to a  live representative.  The representative was friendly and efficient.  I greatly believe that how you treat them is indicative of how you may be treated.  I started the call by asking the representative how he was doing this today.  Even though I don't like having to pay this money, it is not the representatives fault and he deserved to be treated with respect. I see a LOT of negative reviews and I was very worried about how this call was going to go.  But, it was pleasant and efficient.

I filed OR tax refund for my deceased son. I included copy of Federal return with all necessary forms and wrote his name, deceased and date of death across top of form and checked the 'deceased' box and I signed the return. They misplaced the Federal return and other form required for filing return. They then made $$ corrections for not including Fed forms and issued a refund check in my deceased son's name. WHAT PART OF DECEASED DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND.

I have tried for 2 days to talk to a live voice.  I have been through every phone tree, disconnected multiple times, and had numbers no longer in service.  My tax dollars at work!
