I had the plan then I got insurance through work.. then got fired so I reupped and it was a smooth and quick process even got my old doctor back.

We have been applying to renew since March.. Just now got ONE of my son's approval letter today.. Effective July 2017.. Are you frickin kidding me.. They are a joke..

Instead of taking voicemails, they simply cut you off and say "we have a high volume of calls, try again later." So incompetent, it's pathetic.

If a single mother of 1 who earns $32k a year + receives $21k in child support can get free health/ dental coverage for her child. You all need to be patient and take advantage of this service. Cause they ain't going spend the time investigating You. Even if you have coverage elsewhere they don't care. 
They don't have time to prosecute you.
