Story

Our clients often ask us what “Elder Law” means. The practice of elder law encompasses several areas, including estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, planning for incapacity and long-term care.

Many of our clients and their families seek us when they’re facing the enormity of end-of-life decision-making. Many others ask for our assistance carrying the burden of a loved one experiencing the frailties of aging or the complications of long-term disability. However, we routinely assist clients of all ages and conditions in planning for the future and protecting their assets and their loved ones.
