I was extremely hesitant about pursuing any kind of fertility treatment, but Dr. Chang and her staff put me at ease from the moment my husband and I walked into their office. Dr. Chang made me feel comfortable sharing all of my reservations about the process and she listened and responded with care and understanding. She was extremely knowledgeable and guided us to the best treatment plan for us. We are absolutely thrilled to now be expecting twins (after just one month) and couldn’t be more grateful for Dr. Chang’s help. We highly recommend Oregon Fertility Institute.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First I called for a consult hoping to find an in network doctor, lab and surgical center for insurance purposes which the office manager stated they were. Come to find during our consult the lab was out of network. Asked for a financial break down and plan-was told someone would reach out. Waited a couple weeks. Sent an email. Still nothing. So I called and was told it would “take awhile” which was rude considering how long it will take us to make the thousands we would be paying. Waited another week and still noting. Contacted my insurance who contacted the clinic who said they wanted yet another 5-7 business days. Just got a call yesterday and was told some rough totals but they would not mail or email the break down. Complete waste of time. Go to Oregon Reproductive medicine, soon as we walked in we were given a price sheet, they were completely transparent and we have a plan set in place.

Great experience! Great staff and Dr.Chang was great. I followed everything she had to say and I became pregnant from the first IVF cycle. I now have happy and healthy 6 week old boy/girl twins.

This is a wonderful clinic and I highly recommend them. Dr. Chang and all her staff are always helpful, friendly, and compassionate. Dr. Chang offers clear information and options without being pushy or opinionated. She wants to help her patients achieve their goals within the boundaries they deem appropriate. Most of all, I appreciated that she was realistically hopeful and positive, without feeding into a false sense of optimism. This clinic provided services to us for fertility testing and bloodwork, IUI, base-level fertility treatments, IVF egg retrieval, and finally a donated embryo transfer. We're now 13 weeks along and hopeful that our infertility journey will have a happy ending.

We had a generally poor experience at this office. While they did agree to treat us as a gay couple (another doctor in town refused to do so), the service was poor and pricing was not transparent. None of our appointments ever lasted longer than 15 minutes, and everyone generally seemed in a hurry to move us through as quickly as possible. Prices were higher than initially stated. We did two IUIs with Dr. Chang - on the first one, she actually threw away half of the sperm sample (purchased at quite a high price online) when she needed to switch out for a smaller catheter, and on the second IUI they weren't able to get us an appointment until a full 48 hours after LH surge test was positive, when there was virtually no chance of conception. Add that to the fact that Dr. Chang overinflated possible success rates (we were told perhaps a 15 percent, then downgraded to a 10 percent success rate when, with the age of the individual undergoing IUI, there was absolutely no way the success rate would ever be that high). Generally bad advice and bad customer service. I would not recommend.
