Dr. Tatsumi is extremely intelligent. He takes his time, explains well and patiently answers any questions. I recommend him highly.

I was still waiting to see a neurosurgeon for a consult in Salem by the time I saw Dr Tatsumi, and had my surgery. Every day is precious when you’re in so much pain and can’t work or do your normal activities. I appreciated the fact that they got me in quickly and fixed the problem! I loved Dr Tatsumi, he’s very personable and kind, and really listens to your preferences. For me, my surgery went great and I felt better immediately after! From what I understand he is one of the top rated neurosurgeons around, and based on my experience I can definitely believe that! Great experience.

He is the best doctor in his field. If you want the best "he is it". Nice and down to earth and care's about you.

Dr Tatsumi did an amazing job on my back surgery, we tried different alternatives first, but once that didn't work he worked with my insurance, which kept denying surgery, and his staff got it pushed thru within a couple weeks. I haven't had any pain since the surgery other than "ghost" pains in the beginning. I had my surgery about 6 months ago now and it has made such a huge difference not being in pain all the time. Dr Tatsumi was very receptive to my questions and helped with any concerns I had (my grandmas concerns too, lol). He was great with reassuring me right before the surgery procedure as well. Great experience with him and his staff.

I saw Dr Tatsumi for my herniated disk in my back. He was very receptive and truly cared. He and his team are excellent. I have called a few times after my surgery to speak with him or Zach, and they are always extremely prompt at returning my calls and so helpful. They listen to me, which is highly appreciated and makes me feel they are really focused on my recovery. I highly recommend this team; everyone from the front office to the doctors are wonderful!
