Had a 915 appointment. Got here at 845. Had to wait until 10 to go into one of the rooms. Had to wait another 35 mins before seeing anyone. Had to get blood drawn, so waited another hour in the lobby. They charged me 3 separate times a grand total of $320 just for a check-up exam. They don't give an F about your time. Lazy doctors. Bad staff. All representative of Occupational Medicine Group. Stay away at all costs (look at their reviews!!)

The receptionists are very rude. The wait times are atrocious. I hope they realize this is the first thing people see when they search for them on google. Those girls up front are going to drive your business into the ground, get some better staff.

So I called the Beaverton location today to schedule an appointment with a Civil Surgeon. The lady on the front desk is not only unhelpful but also rude. All I wanted to do is confirm if they accept walk ins on Thursdays (as I was told by my lawyer) and the front desk lady told me they do not accept walki-ns (in a very mean and disengaged way). I told her my lawyer told me they do, then she said something like "well we do but ...yeah we do." It was super weird! I was entirely confused and asked questions. I even apologized that I am asking many questions, but she just wanted to get off the phone. Definitely not scheduling with them. I wonder if the Admins and Doc know this. Go check recorded conversation (if it is recorded) from today (May 5th, 2017) between 4:30 and 4:50 pm. Very poor customer service.

Very helpful and quick with the immigration physical process. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at this clinic. When I first called to make the appointment everything was well explained and they offered me several appointment times and dates that would work with my work schedule. The day of the appointment I arrived early and was seen by the doctor at the scheduled time. I was able to get the paperwork back very quickly the next day.
