Providers are amazing. I have seen a few of them throughout my pregnancy and they have been kind and understanding. Dr. Munks is great! My issue is with the office staff. Got a harmony test done a few months back. $2,700 test, by the way. Confirmed with my health insurance prior to getting the test done that the test was covered in full...Just received a bill from the company who performed the testing. My health insurance did not receive a prior authorization from my doctor’s office, and now the test is being treated as a out of network procedure, which it should not be the case because it does not matter who completes the analysis of my blood, but rather who administeres the test. My health insurance and the lab place are both saying they cannot move forward unless Women’s Healthcare Associates submits a prior authorization and I have been told by everyone in that office they will not. Now I am stuck with a balance. I feel like I am being treated as a business transaction and therefore, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Needless to say, I am 6 months pregnant and this is a huge inconvenience for me. STAY AWAY!!!

This is my second pregnancy. Dr. Goronson's staff is amazing. I feel comfortable calling the advice nurse, knowing I will get the best advice. When checking I am always greeted with a smile.

Good doctors and staff but!!!!! There billing practices are atrocious! Seriously if you want to receive bills that trickle in, don't make sense, multiple charges for the same surgery etc.. go here otherwise find another provider! Even better they want you pay upfront for the services that the insurance would not cover. I have always paid after insurance has been billed. BE WARNED!

Dr. Stewart is the most exceptional OBGYN. I am so thankful to have found her. She is kind, compassionate and listens well. She takes time with each client and I appreciate that. She delivered both my babies. I have always had exceptional experiences with the office staff and nurses as well.

The providers are amazing but the office staff is so disorganized and all over the place. There is a major disconnect between the 2 offices. They have canceled multiple appointments, forcing me to reschedule and didn't have me in the schedule when I showed up for my appointment today. I want to keep seeing the doctor here, because she is amazing but I can't handle the issues that arise just trying managing their schedule.
