I LOVE this place for so many reasons.  Number 1: Dr. Kramer is just amazing in every way.  He takes so much time with every person (and animal), is so very knowledgeable and is just plain friendly.  Only 5 stars for this place and I have recommended Dr. Kramer to my friends. 2:  the staff are outstanding, friendly and caring.  My dog, that does not usually like the Vet loves everyone here.  I highly recommend OREV.

We cannot recommend these folks enough. We drove all the way out to Bend for Dr. Kramer. Our year-old Bulldog needed a Cruciate Ligament surgery. Dr. Kramer spend an extensive amount of time with us, explaining all the options and his recommended course of treatment, with visuals!

The staff were incredibly prompt, professional, responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, and caring. All the things you'd hope for if your pet needs a complicated procedure.

They continued to support us by phone and email through our lengthy recovery process. And they worked so well with our home town vet's office to keep everything on track. We are so grateful to have been referred here and cannot recommend them enough!

Love all the staff. They were all very friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns, Thank you so much for taking such good care of our yellow Lab Tucker. He is doing very well after his surgery.
