At Heartfelt Veterinary Hospital we understand that there is a unique art to caring for pets and that's why we want to provide individualized health care for them.

We are able to provide a full in-house diagnostic lab for immediate results and testing, full in-house surgical services with human grade surgical suites and practices, hospitalization for sick pets as well as routine preventive care and check-ups.

Since opening in 2014 we have welcomed, Dr. Benjamin Carter and Dr. Rebecca Sullivan to our team of Associate Veterinarians and grown to employ over 15 team members. Each member of our team will always treat your pets as you would, as if they were their own. That is our Mission and our simple, guiding truth. It is the reason for Heartfelt.

I'm not sure when this happened but it seems that the typical availability for you guys has shifted so that you aren't open on Thursdays... 
My dog experienced what I was informed by DoveLewis was likely a mini seizure. I called your office several times today during normal hours only to find that you are no longer open on Thursdays.
As a holder of one of your pet plans I find it completely unacceptable to not at least have PARTIAL office hours seven days a week. Your staff have all been excellent and attentive with my dog but this will likely be a dealbreaker in my being able to use your business further.

Until last week, we had been going to Heartfelt Veterinary Clinic for almost four years for care for our two dogs. The practice has gone through some transitions, including the loss of Dr. Mackowiak last year as one of the main veterinarians. He still owns the practice, but is primarily behind the scenes. We've had a chance to work with Dr. Kimmel and Dr. Carter, who both seem to be good vets, but I do feel that service isn't as good as it used to be.

We love the vets at Heartfelt. They are smart, attentive, and thorough. I don't worry that any issues are being missed when we take our pets there.

I love this vet. I have been taking my 2 cats and dog there for a couple of years. They have helped me work through diet, allergy and mange issues with kindness and a lot of listening. My animals are comfortable there and we trust the techs and doctors. Plus their animal plans takes away a lot of stress when it comes to emergencies and sicknesses. It's nice to be able to bring in my animal without having to worry if I can afford the appointment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Plus they are local :)

Since Dr. Mackowiak has left the day-to-day practice, it seems like the office has grown more chaotic and more and more work put on vet techs so that you see very little of the actual vet.  We have been plan participants for the last two years and are rethinking that as well as exploring other vet options.  Office is clean, staff is generally friendly., vet techs and vets seem very knowledgeable.  It's hard to tell what is covered under the plan and what's not -- there's always $ due for something on top of what you pay for in the plan.
