I genuinely don’t have any feedback on what could have been better. The staff from the front desk to technicians to the vets themselves are all incredibly kind and caring. it’s apparent from entering the office that everyone there loves their jobs and just want to take care of animals in the best way possible. 

My pooch and I saw Dr. Martin for our appointment and he was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to listen to everything I was concerned about and helped form the best plan for me. He didn’t just hand me a list with medicine but rather broke down how the plan worked and what each medicine was used for. 

If you want to take your pet somewhere where both you and your pal will be respected, then look no further than Rose City! They are a top of the line class in the business and will do everything they can to make sure you and your pet have a wonderful experience.

Rose City Veterinary Hospital is without a doubt one of the best vets I've ever been to.  Their prices are a little higher than some but their caring staff and professionalism more than makes up for it.   Everyone at this facility has always been extremely kind and I really appreciate that.

Top notch, wonderful care of my elderly, former-feral boy!!  Couldn't be happier with the clinic as a whole; friendly staff, free cookies & coffee/tea, designated "Kitty Waiting Area," and FABULOUS Vet's!!
My cat has been cared for by Dr. Quirk (owner of RCVH) & his associate Veterinarian Dr. Berger. 
Both were caring, thorough, and gentle with him; I would recommend them to anyone needing a good cat-loving Veterinarian!!

Great clinic, we have been consistently impressed by the exceptional customer service from all staff here. Dr. Berger is a real stand out, and our favorite vet. She takes the time to stay current on the latest research on our dog's chronic disease, in addition to being friendly, kind, and refreshingly matter-of-fact. And our dog loves her too!

These folks are amazing. They provide excellent care for our cats. The staff is willing to communicate through email, text, or phone calls. They have a great app for ordering medications. 

So friendly and helpful.
