This wonderful small business is definitely more spa and less nail salon. Imie has created a very relaxing atmosphere, with plush chairs and pillows, aromatherapy, customized foot bath that has not been used a thousand times by other feet, and experience in massage therapy. If you’re looking for a foot massage and exfoliation look no further!  The price is higher than a nail salon but it’s pretty clear that you’re getting value for your money with the extra amenities. She has a good selection of organic nail polish colors.

This seems like a great place to go especially if you have problem feet needing extra delicate care.  

There is a kids STEM activity place next door so if you schedule right, you might be able to drop the little ones off and walk over for a retreat of your own. Spend a dollar at the Mr Mopps toy bins afterwards, and everyone will be happy.

My experience as a client at Organicare Spa Nail and Foot Retreat was so wonderful, uplifting, and beneficial that I have been recommending that my friends and students in my yoga and tai chi classes give themselves this special treat. Imie Lai Cheng, the professional spa technician and proprietor, provides an aesthetically pleasing ambience conducive to deep relaxation and offers such attentive, professional care. When I first talked with her to schedule the appointment, she began a careful intake screening to ascertain relevant information pertaining to any health conditions she would need to take into account for her approach to the treatment. When I arrived, I filled out an intake form as well. This was reassuring. As I have worked for years in the health and wellness field myself, I know the importance of such a review of history and conditions so that the treatment will be safe and appropriate. As Imie states on her website, she has taken special training programs to get certifications in working with clients with health conditions that call for special care. Imie was consistently friendly, warm, and professional. Her spa was beautiful and pleasing to all the senses. Soft, relaxing music was playing. An aromatherapy diffuser quietly wafted the subtle, nurturing scent of essential oils into the atmosphere. Everything was clean and orderly. Fresh water was provided to quench my thirst. The chair in which I sat was so comfortable.  On the table next to the chair there were a journal and an array of pens in different colored inks. Imie invited me, if I wished, to read stories that other clients had written and to write one of my own. Conversation with Imie was fun and so was tuning into a silent, meditative level of awareness and enjoying the sensory pleasures of the foot bath and massage. I even drifted into a mild, euphoric sleep toward the end of the treatment. I felt so refreshed. My nails were so well groomed. The skin on my feet felt so smooth and clean. I felt lots of good energy as I got onto my feet and walked. Imie's use of entirely organic products is a really special feature of her service to support her clients health and her own. I felt in such safe, good hands to receive this treatment from Imie, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.
