I’ve been to this hooters several times. Each time the food was good and the alcohol drinks I’ve gotten was decent. 

The experience: My wife and I got there around 6 on a Saturday evening and the place was pretty crowded. Despite being told an hour wait ...we waited 36 minutes to be seated  (not bad). Our waitress was nice and attentive...the food was good and hot and to top it off ..my Clearwater punch Daiquiri had plenty of Rum in it (great bartender)(Both of them) .
Once again another good experience at one of my favorite spots for “BIRD”

The only negative is that my fries taste like they were cooked in old ASS grease......(-one star)

I got 3mile island and Cajun dry rub in addition to cheese fries !

Pick up order was ready.  Food was good.  The wait was fairly short. The parking lot is tiny though so you have to wait until Someone comes out for a spot.

The establishment was nice and clean. Customer Service was excellent, but on the other hand the food wasn't so great. It was hot and fresh just not what I expected being my first time at Hooters

I've always loved Hooters, but as time goes on they're wings get smaller and they're fries are commonly not cooked fully. Still decent wings

Aside from them constantly placing you on hold when calling in, and then after 6 minutes of waiting they just hang the call up, once we arrived for the order it was incorrectly done. I called my order in over the phone and yet still waited over 30 minutes for it to get corrected. If you aren’t a people person or can’t provide good customer service or don’t like your job, you definitely should not be working in this type of environment.  When the order is done correctly, food is great, but I will be driving to a further location for a better experience, they are unprofessional and ridiculous here.
