I absolutely love Smashburger!! I think the customer service is outstanding!  I'm addicted to their french onion bun burgers. Had it twice! Going back for more and more! The only reservation I have is paying nearly 5 bucks for their small size milkshakes. Other than that, everything else is great!

I enjoyed my food and the place was pretty clean.  The negative was my burger seemed over salted.  Fries were perfect and the service was good. Had the burger been better I would have gone with four 🌟

On this visit, I give the 🍔 taste 5 stars, on Onion Rings 2 stars (over cooked outer crust and taste/look like they were taken Straight from a bag of Frozen onion rings) Burgers were Overly priced to Not come With fries (paid $2.89 for small fries)...server 3 stars. Server took a while (6 min)on waiting on us (she was 1 of the 4 servers and there was 3 customers that had Already been waited on), no napkins offered for the Juicy burgers, she brought out a bottle of New hot sauce with the plastic seal still on instead of breaking the seal which was hard to get off. Appreciated the new bottle But I would have opened it for my customer.....heck even my guest in my home. Great Burgers!!

Burger was decent. Not quite $8 decent, but close. I called to place and order, was told there were 5 to 10 people in line before me and asked if I could wait 15 min. I said sure, thinking they'd take my order and it would be ready in 15 min. You know, like how it works everywhere. That's WHY you call ahead. Instead, they unceremoniously hung up on me. I tried calling back 3 times, but kept receiving vm. Placed the order online and picked it up 15 min later no prob. Training need identified.

Fantastic everything here! Shakes are great too, love how they give the left over in the tin. Reminds me of my childhood.
