They are professional and do great job. I took 3 pairs of Italian shoes there, two of them were boots and were my favorites. They were comfortable and unique.   I wore them so much for so many years that they were falling apart yet I was not ready to let go of  them. I thought to give it a shot to have them fixed. I found this amazing place and I am so pleased with the work they did. My dead boots came alive again.

Orinda Shoe Service is Amazing!  I didn't know about this shop and took my shoes to another store to be dyed for a wedding and the other shop did a terrible job.  I then googled and found Orinda Shoes and brought them over in the late afternoon.  The owner was at the shop working on these shoes for me until 8:30 pm so we could leave at 6am with the shoes for the wedding.  He did an incredible job, he took shoes that were completely distroyed and made them look beautiful and perfect.  Orinda Shoes has AMAZING quality and service.  Now that I've discovered them, I won't go anywhere else.
