Had 2 escape the cold weather in NC. It was hard 2 book 10 days on short notice but we prevailed and got a spot looking at the lake. I would suggest that you book early if you are going 2 spend 7 days or more. Weekends fill up the grounds fast. Staff excellent. Will stay here again! A lot 2 do and everything is convenient. J. Beautiful campground with amazing staff. Some complaints about staff riding around all day in golf carts. Really? We welcome a proactive staff that goes beyond the call of duty making sure the sites are clean, trash is immediately removed and our stay safe and secure. That's what makes this campground an annual award winner.

We've stayed here a lot of times but I think this was my last time. It was not relaxing. There was an over abundance of workers the entire week...it didn't matter where you went you were tripping over them. I couldn't wait to leave

This KOA was awesome! Very nice campgrounds, clean and neat. I would have given 5 stars but there was dog poop in a few areas that people didn't pick up. I loved that they allow dogs and have a really cute dog park. The KOA store is really great, they carry everything you could need. Also a huge Walmart and Sam's Club right across the street! I definitely recommend this KOA and hope to go back there again!

This is the friendliest, cleanest KOA I have ever been to. Trash bags picked up throughout the day, just leave them by your site by the road. Beautiful pool and hot tub.
